An afternoon of fun in the snow!
Sniffing for Chipmunks!
Patiently waiting with a snow covered nose for anything to move in the woods!
Chasing birds from the feeder!
Hearing the words "Do you want a treat"
Inspired by the nature that surrounds me, I love to create items that incorporate natural and recycled materials. This blog is my first and is still evolving by the minute!! But, I hope to combine these interests in nature and crafts to provide a place where I can share my thoughts, handcrafted items, tips and maybe even insprire you to look at the nature around you differently!

What a beautiful dog you have! We didn't get that much snow, but it looks as though SOMEBODY was able to have some real fun in it! :) Theresa
Wow, what a beautiful dog! Last year I took pictures of my fat beagle trying to get around in about that much snow. She didn't look anywhere near as skillful as your dog!
Awww, I am such a soft touch for dogs. That bottom photo is priceless. Great captures!
Cheers!

Thanks everyone! She was definitely built for the snow! Huskies have a double coat, a fine downlike coat underneath her longer hair. It's so thick in the winter, but so terrible when she sheds in the spring! She will often stay out in the winter for hours antagonizing the wildlife! Luckily they're faster and they all have their well planned escape routes!lol!
